I created an easy-to-use calendar so you can add your online fitness workouts that you are offering throughout the week.
One of the issues right now is that it is hard to keep track of fb posts, livestreams, and who is doing what workout, what media format, and at what time.
HOW TO ADD YOUR WORKOUTS TO THE PUBLIC FITNESS CALENDAR
1. If you are instructor, email me or reach out to me on FB @devinalmonte for your private link that will give you access to the public calendar and will allow you to edit the calendar to add your online workouts. Note that this link is private and not for use by anyone else.
2. Once you enter your private link, it will request that you create a Trello account. Very easy to do. Click sign up. Screen shots below to guide you.

HOW TO ADD YOUR WORKOUTS TO THE PUBLIC FITNESS CALENDAR
1. If you are instructor, email me or reach out to me on FB @devinalmonte for your private link that will give you access to the public calendar and will allow you to edit the calendar to add your online workouts. Note that this link is private and not for use by anyone else.
2. Once you enter your private link, it will request that you create a Trello account. Very easy to do. Click sign up. Screen shots below to guide you.
3. Click on a date in the Fitness.At.Home calendar in Trello. It will say "add a card". This is where you add all your fitness details. See the class sample I created under my name for April 22.
4. After clicking on "add a card", it will say: title, time, list, and position. These details aren't very important for our purposes. But easiest to do as follows:
Title: Your name and class time
Time: leave blank
List: To Do
Position: 1
5. Click "add" once the above is complete. After it populates, double click the workout you just created to add additional details to the workout.
Here is a sample class I created to show how to best add detailed info to the calendar that will be helpful to the fitness users.
Name: Devin Almonte
Workout: Ashtanga Yoga With Devin 45min
Equipment: Mat (optional)
Media Format: Zoom
How to Sign-Up: email devinalmonte@icloud.com and I will send you zoom instructions. Must sign up at least 1 hr before class time.
Payment: accepting donations through venmo/ $5 class fee through venmo, etc.
HOW TO SHARE THE CALENDAR WITH OTHERS:
Send people the following link: http://www.devinalmonte.com/fitnessathome.html
This will give them everything they need to access the public calendar, our facebook group, and how to add your workouts if you are an instructor out of work.
